You're absolutely right—glossy screen protectors like this one are designed to maintain the original high-gloss OEM look, but they can be more prone to fingerprints and reflections, especially in bright conditions. There are matte screen protectors available on the market that help reduce glare and fingerprints, but they do tend to alter the appearance of the screen and make it look a bit less sharp or vibrant.
We’ve chosen to stock the glossy option as most BYD owners prefer keeping that premium OEM feel—but we’ll absolutely keep your feedback in mind as we continue to expand our range.
